From Presentations to the Woods: jtendo’s Integration Trip 2025
Every year we make time not only to talk about projects, results, and plans, but also to strengthen what matters most – our team spirit. This September, we gathered in the peaceful surroundings of Kuklówka Radziejowicka, just outside of Warsaw, for our annual integration trip.
A Balance of Strategy and Teamwork
The trip began with a joint session where we reflected on our achievements and looked ahead at upcoming challenges. The agenda covered many perspectives: from recent sales developments and ongoing projects, through innovative applications of AI and creative product ideas, to essential issues such as strengthening internal security and preparing for regulatory changes in finance. The session concluded with a broader look at the year behind us and an open discussion about the future. Our CEO, Piotr Szymański, brought everything together with a year-in-review and an open Q&A session.
This mix of knowledge-sharing and reflection reminded us how diverse our expertise is, and how much we gain from learning from one another.
From Slides to Forest Trails
Of course, our offsite wasn’t only about presentations. After the knowledge-sharing came time for team-building activities. We set out on a treasure-hunt game, tested our endurance (and our balance!) on quad rides, and faced off in ASG challenges. The day ended with a bonfire, music, and long conversations that carried on into the evening.
Leadership and Support
There’s always a lot happening at jtendo, but what truly drives us is a supportive, motivated team and the steady leadership of Piotr Szymański, Tomasz Zarzycki, and Andrzej Trawiński. In our eyes, they deserve gold…and yes, we made sure they got it, quite literally!
Lessons to Take Home
Trips like this show us that while strategy and innovation are key, the real strength of jtendo lies in our people. The energy, determination, and positivity our team brings – even in the middle of bumpy forest trails – prove that together we can overcome any obstacle.
And as the below photo proves – even when the path gets bumpy, the jtendo team keeps going with a smile!
