jLOW introduces a new approach to handling ZERO BALANCE customers. It enables to monetize on them and
provide them with services which will build satisfaction and thus reduce CHURN while increasing ARPU.
What jLOW does?
- Solution which enables whole suite of features to handle a scenario where A-party wants to use voice call or send SMS but has no money.
- jLOW is triggered when A is calling B-party (creating outgoing call) or sending SMS and A has no money.
- Enables the Subscriber to choose an action which will enable the communication with B-party.

jtendo provides a full set of features which enables to perform different actions for the subscriber.
The set of features which are offered to a subscriber can depend upon their profile/product, their history (e.g. last chosen action) or their personal settings. All these parameters are fully configurable and managed by the operator.
jLOW solution includes a Business Intelligence engine to analyze subscriber’s history and behavior in order to calculate the scoring class, which is the base for loan decision and rate of interests calculation.
jLOW is constantly extended with new features which are requested by operators. It is also easy to integrate the LBA Solution with existing features such as
Voice Note.
